Patient public is an individual, group or other organization that has a considerable relationship with medicine, hospitals and doctors. The author analyzed the ethical quality, psychological quality, legal quality and communication quality of patients, revealed that public education of patients was an important factor restricting medical development, medical quality, doctor-patient relationship and professional environment. Patient public education is not only an educational activity to improve patients"public quality, but also an important way of medical humanistic care. Patient public education is not only the social management behavior of the government as the main body, but also the management of medical institutions.
