Social public health service has already been integrated into the lives of community residents with social development. A new system based on family doctor responsibility system that is based to study public health service model in this paper has been established to provide new policies. By analyzing the organizational structure and coordination mechanism, some countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems, such as incomplete family doctor, service ability lack. Then the family doctor's organizational structure and signing service content are gradually improved. Finally, we can promote the connotation construction of the family doctor service and improve service quality and evaluation.
