Through the questionnaire of "The Happiness of Young Medical College Students in New Era" issued by young medical college students and in-depth interviews, this paper investigates and analyses the true status and influencing factors of the happiness of young medical college students in the context of the new era, and then consults relevant literature and materials and combines with their own teaching. Practice puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the integration of Ideological and political courses and ideological and political courses in the perspective of "Great Ideological and Political Affairs", strengthening happiness education, caring for daily life and psychological counseling, improving professional awareness, strengthening professional expectations, and purifying the environment of medical social system, so as to help young medical college students successfully get through life in the new era. In order to become an excellent medical and health workers, we should lay a solid foundation for the effective practice of the strategy of "Healthy China".
