    摘要:

    尽管形态学信息化教学平台已经提高了形态学实验课的教学效率,但是数字化标本库仍然存在使用效率低的问题。本文以国家级虚拟仿真实验教学项目“乳腺癌组织分子分型的免疫组织化学检测方法”为例,探讨形态学实验教学的创新。该虚拟仿真实验将免疫组织化学的实验理论和实验操作相结合、将乳腺癌形态学与分子功能相结合、将乳腺癌的基础理论与临床治疗方案的制定相结合,从而有效培养医学生的临床思维,促进学生自主学习,最终促进基础与临床的融合。

    Abstract:

    The morphological information teaching platform has improved the teaching efficiency in the morphological experimental class, however, the digital specimen library still has the problem of low efficiency. This paper takes the national virtual simulation experiment teaching project "Immunohistochemical detection method for molecular classification of breast cancer tissues" as an example to explore the innovation of morphological experimental teaching. This virtual simulation experiment associates the experimental theory and operation of immunohistochemistry, links the morphology and molecular function of breast cancer, and combines the basic theory of breast cancer with the formulation of clinical treatment plan, to effectively cultivate the clinical practice of medical students, boost students' self-directed learning ability, and ultimately promote the integration of basic and clinical medicine.
