    目的 通过调查分析某医学院校本科生对临终关怀认知、态度现状及其影响因素,为改进我国临终关怀教育提供依据。 方法 运用方便抽样法选取该医学院校520名医学本科生进行问卷调查。 结果 对调查问卷的结果分析表明:该校医学本科生对临终关怀认知和态度之间存在正相关关系(r=0.430,P<0.001)。以往临终关怀教育情况、领悟社会支持、生命意义感是临终关怀态度影响因素,领悟社会支持与生命意义感可能产生相互作用,影响临终关怀态度,进而影响临终关怀认知(均P<0.05)。 结论 建议将全面开展临终关怀教育、领悟社会支持和生命意义感作为医学本科生临终关怀教育的重点,以改善医学本科生对临终关怀的认知和态度。

    Abstract:

    Objective To understand the status of cognition,attitude toward hospice care of undergraduate students in a medical university and its influencing factors and to give suggestions for hospice care education in China. Methods 520 undergraduate students from the medical university were selected for questionnaire survey by convenient sampling method. Results The results of the analysis indicated that cognition and attitude of the medical university were positively correlated (r=0.430,P<0.001).The past hospice care education situation,perceived social support,meaning in life are the influencing factors of hospice care attitude,The interaction between social support and meaning in life affects hospice care attitude and indirectly affects hospice care cognition(all P<0.05). Conclusions It is suggested that the comprehensive hospice education, comprehension of social support and sense of life as the focus of medical undergraduate hospice education to improve the cognition and attitude of medical undergraduates on hospice care.
