Abstract:Objective To explore the satisfaction of long-term care insurance in anqing city and its influencing factors, and to provide it reference for the development and expansion in anqing city. Methods Four hundred participants in long-term care insurance in anqing city were selected in this study by stratified random sampling. Based on literature review and expert consultation, questionnaires were designed and data were collected. Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were used to explore the satisfaction degree and its influencing factors. Results The overall satisfaction was 86.16%. Univariate analysis showed that 8 demographic characteristics, including gender, etc., and 6 factors, including policy awareness, etc., affected the overall satisfaction (P<0.05). The multivariate analysis showed that gender, marital status, physical condition, cognition of long-term care insurance, burden of care expenditure and status of nursing services were associated with the overall satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion the satisfaction of long-term care insurance in anqing city needs to be improved, and the relevant departments need to take efforts in policy publicity and health education, continue to promote the system protection for disabled groups and other vulnerable groups, and improve the policy sense and satisfaction of insured people.
