Abstract：Emergency rescue is the basis of ensuring the safety of national production and plays an important role in modern hospital management. However, most researches emphasis on one of the emergency rescue system in or outside of the hospital. The research on the integration of hospital and hospital emergency rescue system is rare. During the long-term practice, the four-level emergency rescue system which consisting of in-hospital and out-of-hospital were established in The First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University base on the platform of “6000”. This research mainly introduces the construction of the emergency system, shares the experience of hospital emergency rescue system construction, and provides reference experience for peer hospitals.
