This study analyzes the current situation of quality evaluation index of clinical medical graduates at home and abroad, points out the advantages and disadvantages of the existing research from the aspects of evaluation institutions,evaluation index status, evaluation methods and methods, and put forward suggestions for future research：introduction the third-party evaluation mechanism ensures the professionalism, objectivity and scientificity of the evaluation results; standardizes the quality evaluation index system for clinical medical graduates; and optimizes the quality evaluation methods and methods for clinical medical graduates.This study provides support for medical colleges and universities to cultivate outstanding talents and improve medical training programs,and ultimately to improve the training quality of clinical medical professionals.
