Abstract:Objective:To observe the time and satisfaction of patients who have traditional method and “Internet +” method in Suqian First People's Hospital outpatients, evaluating the effectiveness of outpatient process optimization and giving advice for continuous optimization of outpatient processes. Method: Throughing database to obtain the time of 200 cases of patients in the traditional way and 200 cases of patients using the “Internet +” method about waiting, treating, payment, report taking, medicine taking, etc. Comparing satisfaction of patients who have different methods by questionnaires.Analysising data with EXCEL software and SPSS 20 software. Result: The time of patients who using the “Internet +” method have significantly reduced about registration, payment, report taking and medicine taking and significantly increased about treating,whereas waiting time didn’t change. Significant improvement in all process and overall satisfaction. Conclusion: “Internet +” will make the outpatient process convenient and efficient, will save time and can significantly improve patient satisfaction.Suqian First People's Hospital should continue to strengthen "Internet +" related constructions, people oriented and continuously improve outpatient process.
