Abstract:Objective: To investigate the experience of medical care of inpatients in public hospital in hefei and exploring the factors which influence the experience of inpatients to provide references for improving medical service quality and inpatient experience. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 448 inpatients in two County-level hospitals in Hefei from March to April in 2019. Randomly sampling survey was used in the investigation. Descriptive statistics, t-test, single factor analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the status and influencing factors of patient's medical experience. Results: Inpatients have the higest scores in “Service attitude” (4.38±0.64) and the lowest scores in “Medical expenses”(2.80±0.62) , the overall experience scores was 4.31±0.59. Influencing factors of patient's experience including department and self-evaluation of emotional condition, the hospital-related factors including inquire, the ward environment, the medical price, the admission procedure, arranges the discharge service, explains the medicine and the treatment leve of doctor's diagnosis. Conclusion: It is suggested to improve the patient experience by increaseing fee transparency, improving the hospital environment, and strengthening information construction in County-level public hospital.
