    摘要:

    课程思政是构建医学院校思想政治教育协同育人格局的必然要求,医学专业教师作为实施主体,其自身的育人水平,直接关系着课程思政的实施成效,这就对医学专业教师的育德能力提出了更高的要求。本文分析了“课程思政”对医学专业教师育德能力提出的新要求,基于新要求,得出医学专业教师育德能力的四个构成要素:理论运用能力、把握与组织教材能力、教学设计能力和语言表达能力.最后,阐述了医学专业教师育德能力提升路径,需要通过加强顶层设计、建立思想政治教学能力培养机制,健全评价制度以及自觉提高自身能力四方面。

    Abstract:

    Curriculum ideology and politics is an inevitable requirement for constructing a coordinated education pattern for ideological and political education in medical schools. Medical teachers as the main body of implementation, their own education level is directly related to the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics. Moral abilities put forward higher requirements. This paper analyzes the new requirements of "curricular ideological and political thinking" on medical teachers 'moral ability, based on the new requirements, the four components of medical teachers' moral ability: the ability to apply the theory, the ability to grasp and organize teaching materials, and the teaching design Ability and language expression ability. Finally, it expounds the path of improving the moral education ability of medical teachers. It needs to strengthen the top design, establish the ideological and political teaching ability training mechanism, improve the evaluation system, and consciously improve their own ability.
