Medical teachers as the main body of implementation, their own education level is directly related to the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics. Moral abilities put forward higher requirements. This paper analyzes the new requirements of "curricular ideological and political thinking" on medical teachers 'moral ability, based on the new requirements, the four components of medical teachers' moral ability: the ability to apply the theory, the ability to grasp and organize teaching materials, and the teaching design Ability and language expression ability.
