Abstract:Abstract: Entropy-weighted TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of basic public health services in Anhui Province in 2018, providing a basis for improving the quality of basic public health services. Using a multi-stage stratified random sampling method, a total of 12 districts (counties) were selected from northern Anhui, central Anhui, and southern Anhui. Each district (county) randomly selected a township hospital and a community health service center as sample points Collect data and apply the entropy weight TOPSISI method to comprehensively evaluate the quality of basic public health services in the sample area. Results: A total of 24 grassroots medical and health institutions (Y1-Y24) were included. By calculating the entropy weights, the X10 weights were the highest and the X20 weights were the lowest. The TOPSIS method analysis showed that the Y1 basic public health service projects performed best. Y19 had the worst development. Conclusion: There are obvious project differences and regional differences in the quality of basic public health services in Anhui Province in 2018.
