Abstract: In the context of the Healthy China strategy, medical and health services have shifted from disease-centric to health-centric, and the evaluation method of health service effects has become particularly important. Existing traditional service evaluation methods are difficult to comprehensively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of health services. This article introduces an evaluation tool as one of the individualized evaluation methods-Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS). The significance of Goal Attainment Scaling in primary Traditional Chinese Medicine health services was discussed. By introducing the origin and development of the Goal Attainment Scaling, the domestic and foreign research status of the Goal Attainment Scaling are elaborated in detail, including the application fields of the Goal Attainment Scaling. Based on this, the prospect of Goal Attainment Scalingd in health service evaluation was proposed.
