Abstract:objective to provide a reference for the sustainable development of the diagnosis and treatment platform through the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the medical service efficiency and cost control related indicators of the operation of the multi-disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment platform for stroke in a top three Chinese medicine hospital in 2014-2019. Methods eight key indexes, such as outpatient number, which can reflect the medical service efficiency and cost control of the diagnosis and treatment platform, were selected for comprehensive evaluation by principal component analysis. Results the evaluation results of service efficiency are 2019, 2015, 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2014 from high to bottom; the evaluation results of cost control are 2019, 2018, 2017, 2014, 2016 and 2015 from high to bottom; the comprehensive evaluation results are 2019, 2018, 2017, 2015, 2016 and 2014 from high to bottom. Conclusion the method of principal component analysis can eliminate the information overlap between the original indexes and provide an ideal and feasible comprehensive evaluation method for the multi-disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment platform.
