In December 2019, the COVID-19 was outbreaking. From the perspective of healthcare security, in this paper we concluded the practical experience of the healthcare security administration in fighting the COVID-19 by combinely investigating the epidemiological characteristics and PPRR crisis management theory . The emergent problems exposed in practical work of resisting COVID-19 were discussed and the cooresponding suggestions and countermeasures to further improve the healthcare security crisis management system were provided, which ensure patients would be covered with a safer, more effective and sustainable healthcare security.
