The disclosure of the epidemic situation is related to the safety of the people and social stability. Medical personnel, as a group that has been in contact with the epidemic earlier, must perform the obligation to report the epidemic information to the public authority, fulfill the obligation to inform the affected party and other medical personnel. Medical personnel also have the right to disclose the epidemic information to those who do not know within a certain range. Whether driven by legal obligations or the enjoyment of legal rights, medical personnel have a certain right to disclose information about the epidemic situation. This right of disclosure is not only a manifestation of legal paternalism, but also a manifestation of respect for medical paternalism in legal paternalism. The exercise of medical personnel"s right to disclose epidemic information has sufficient legal basis.
