Novel coronavirus pneumonia also named as Corona Virus Disease 2019, COVID-19 has brought great challenges and threats to global public health. According to the latest report of COVID-19 published in February 28th by WHO, the regional and global risk levels have been upgraded to the highest level. COVID-19 has evolved into an international public health emergency. The author as a member of national medical team works in the hospital which supplies the medical management of patients with COVID-19 in Wuhan. Based on the direct experience of the logistic work in hospital, the author summarizes the encountered problems and proposes the reliable solutions to a good logistics support to the medical team during the period of the prevention and control of COVID-19. Our proposed strategies will provide a reference for a high efficient logistics work mode to support the establishment of the perfect national health prevention and control system.
