This article through to 167 colleges and universities in jiangsu health investigation found that medical institutions in jiangsu province colleges and universities has achieved a complete coverage of the campus health institutions, with more daily physical examination, health education and basic health care as the main service content, widespread on-campus medical staff configuration, service intensity bigger, infectious disease prevention and control ability is limited, the campus health service facilities configuration as well as the medical service quality level is not high enough. Considering the effective use of the basic functions of medical and health institutions in colleges and universities, this paper proposes measures and Suggestions to promote the socialized reform of medical and health institutions in colleges and universities prudently, reposition the functions of medical institutions in colleges and universities accurately, increase the construction and investment of public health institutions in colleges and universities, and improve the service level of medical and health institutions in colleges and universities.
