This paper discusses some problems that need to be solved in the teaching of online ideological and political theory course during the COVID-19 epidemic. Facing opportunities and challenges, the author thinks that need to deal with the content and form, the perceptual experience and rational thinking, the students and teachers dominated the three dialectical unification relations, thus to explore, improve their network information technology literacy, from network teaching form, develop hybrid teaching innovation four path design and optimization of teaching evaluation mechanism, promote the ideological and political theory course and the depth of the network information technology integration, enhance ideological and political theory course teaching effectiveness.
