    目的 基于现代医院管理制度内容,促进妇幼保健院人力资源管理制度完善。方法 对妇幼保健院人力资源管理制度现状进行分析,总结存在的问题,针对问题提出对应的管理建议。结果 妇幼保健院人力资源管理存在以下问题:人才紧缺现象严重、保健职能有待加强、人事制度改革缓慢、薪酬制度不合理等。结论 基于现代医院管理制度,结合存在的问题,可通过加速制度改革、创新人才引进培养手段、注重临床和保健并重、构建合理的薪酬体系等方式促进现代妇幼保健院人力资源管理制度的完善。

    Abstract:

    Objective To improve human resource management system of maternal and child health hospital based on modern hospital management system. Methods The current situation of human resource management system in maternal and child health hospital was analyzed, the existing problems were summarized, and the corresponding system suggestions were put forward. Results The following problems existed in the human resource management of maternal and child health hospital: the shortage of talents was serious, the health function needed to be strengthened, the reform of personnel system was slow, and the salary system was unreasonable. Conclusion Based on the modern hospital management system, combined with the existing problems, we can promote the construction and improvement of human resource management system in maternal and child health hospital by accelerating system reform, innovating talent introduction and training means, paying equal attention to clinical and health care, and building a reasonable salary system.
