Objective To investigate the actual operation situation of DaiShan treatment center, evaluate the service ability of community TCM, and analyze the application prospect of treatment center to improve the service ability of community TCM. Methods Analysis of the advantages of the treatment center for the promotionof TCM into the community and the service ability of TCM, extract the operation data of treatment center in 2015-2019, analyze the objective changes brought by the establishment of treatment center to the community TCM service. Results (1) An independent and win-win loose cooperation model can ensure the sustainability of TCM entering the community. (2) The area of treatment center, Medical equipment, TCM doctors and other TCM health resources increase year by year. (3) The treatment center promotes the application of the appropriate technology of TCM by constructing the service project system of TCM. (4) The output of TCM services in treatment center is increasing year by year, and the independent provision of TCM services by community TCM teams is growing rapidly. Conclusion The treatment center effectively promotes the process of grass-roots TCM, promotes the construction of characteristic specialties and the continuous improvement of TCM team level, and continuously improves the service ability of community TCM. Meanwhile, the sustainable development of community TCM service needs cooperation and support from multiple parties.
