In order to strengthen the scientific research literacy and ability cultivation of medical education talents in our country have always been an important link in the innovative education of medical students. The cultivation of English literature reading ability is critical in constructing the current strategy of our country's scientific and technological innovation talents. The article summarizes the educational model for guiding to read biomedical English literature at Nanjing Medical University and summarizes the current education model applicable to the medical students at different levels. In addition, we also reconstruct the course from the students, teachers, and administrators’ aspects, to achieve the purpose of improving medical students' scientific literacy and technological innovation ability.
