    健康中国战略面前,推动“思政育人”、引导拔尖临床医学生尽早参与到科研实践活动中,对于加快科技创新、医学院校的发展和拔尖人才的培养具有深远而重要的意义。南京医科大学人体解剖学系以党建带团建,将“思政育人”理念融入“5+3”一体化临床医学生的科研创新实践学习中,在培养其科研能力的同时更注重其科研精神的构建,从“师生团队建设、实验室文化建设、科研学风建设、实践平台建设、培养过程规范化建设和创新创业团队建设”这六个方面着手,开展了以“成全式科研育人”为主要特征的拔尖创新人才培养路径的实践与探索。

    Abstract:

    In the face of the Healthy China strategy, promoting ideological and political education and guiding top-notch clinical medical students to participate in scientific research and practice activities as early as possible is of far-reaching and important significance for accelerating scientific and technological innovation, the development of medical colleges and universities and the cultivation of top-notch talents. The Department of Human Anatomy in Nanjing Medical University takes the party building as the guidance, and integrates the concept of "ideological and political education" into the practical study of scientific research innovation of "5 + 3" integrated clinical medical students. It pays more attention to the construction of scientific research spirit at the same time of cultivating their scientific research ability starting from the six aspects of the construction of new entrepreneurial team including “teacher-student team construction, laboratory culture construction, research style construction, practice platform construction, training process standardization construction, and innovation and entrepreneurship team construction”. They have carried out the practice and exploration of the cultivation path of top-notch innovative talents with the main characteristics of "supporting scientific research training education
