    摘要:

    医学人文教育作为医学教育重要组成部分,重点是培养医学生以“医德”为核心的医学人文精神,思政教育的中心环节是立德树人,医学人文教育与思政教育都是关于人的思想和信念的教育,两者是同向同行的。在实现医学人文教育与思政教育有效融合的过程中专业教师的素养是关键。本文在梳理医学人文教育与思政教育融合必要性的基础上,抓住专业教师的主导作用,提出立足学校和教师两个主体,构建一种利用科学的课程思政体系强化外部引导力与外部引导力有效转化激发教师内驱力的内外有机结合的综合体系,推进医学人文教育与思政教育融合中专业教师素养的提升。

    Abstract:

    As an important part of medical education, medical humanistic education focuses on cultivating students' medical humanistic spirit with " ethics-oriented education " . The core intermediate of Ideological and political education is to establish morality and cultivate people. Both medical humanistic education and Ideological and political education goes the same direction in educating people's thoughts and beliefs. The quality of professional teachers play authentic roles in the process of realizing the efficacious integration of medical humanities education and Ideological and political education. On the basis of the necessity of this integration, and grasping the leading role of professional teachers, this paper proposes to build a comprehensive system combined of internal forces of teachers via effectively transform through external guiding forces and external guiding forces driven by the scientific curriculum ideological and political system based on the two main bodies of school and teachers so as to promote the professional teachers' quality in the process of education integration.
