Abstract:Bedside teaching is an important part of clinical education, and essential for undergraduates in clinical medicine becoming qualified clinicians. In order to further strengthen the bedside teaching and improving the quality of clinical teaching, this article searches the literature, combined with the situation of bedside teaching, points out that the reduce of bedside teaching due to five main influence factors, including the teaching management, clinical teacher, undergraduates in clinical medicine, patients, simulation teaching. We intend to form a standardized bedside teaching system, including systematic training, implementation plan and feedback mechanism, to relieve the worries of teaching tutors. And in this case, teaching tutors, undergraduates in clinical medicine and patients can actively participate and benefit, aiming to improve the clinical thinking and operational skills of undergraduates in clinical medicine.
