Abstract:Introduced in 2019 the State Council general office on strengthening tertiary public hospital performance evaluation work opinion "made clear that in through the performance evaluation to promote more scientific, fair income distribution, to achieve efficiency and quality improvement, and promote the public hospital reform policy ground work. To effectively improve the performance assessment ability of public hospitals can comprehensively optimize the hospital manpower allocation, improve the hospital medical quality, fully mobilize the enthusiasm, creativity and initiative of medical personnel, promote the hospital reform and development, and enhance the hospital medical level and influence. This paper will discuss the following five issues: defining the performance of clinicians, determining the direction of physician service behavior, motivating the enthusiasm of physicians, promoting the continuous improvement of medical quality, and balancing public welfare and economic income, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures.
