    卫生法学的学科建设在新时代面临两个重要的机遇,一是国家政策的重大调整,二是学科发展已经到了一个必须全面总结反思的重要阶段。卫生法学学科建设面临的主要问题是学科定位方向不明确、师资队伍参差不齐、科学研究缺乏独特性、人才培养的基本内容无共识。形成这些问题的关键原因主要包括对卫生法学独立学科地位的不当坚持,不合理的建设目标导致学科建设基础薄弱,以及培养目标脱离现实。未来应当转变思路,在尊重法学教育科学规律的基础上,重新理解卫生法学的学科本质,合理重塑卫生法学的学科规划蓝图,首先区别基本的培养对象,然后强调卫生法学的特色化学科建设,最后还应当重视跨学科的人才培养模式。

    Abstract:

    The discipline construction of health law is facing two important opportunities in the new era. One is the major adjustment of national policies, and the other is that the development of the discipline has reached an important stage where we must comprehensively summarize and reflect. The main problems facing the construction of the discipline of health law are the unclear orientation of the discipline, the uneven teaching staff, the lack of uniqueness of scientific research, and the lack of consensus on the basic content of talent training. The key reasons for these problems include inappropriate insistence on the status of health law as an independent discipline, unreasonable construction goals that lead to a weak foundation for discipline construction, and cultivation goals that are out of touch with reality. In the future, we should change our thinking, re-understand the disciplinary nature of health on the basis of respecting the scientific laws of legal education, and reasonably reshape the disciplinary planning blueprint of health, firstly distinguishing the basic training targets, then emphasizing the construction of the special chemistry discipline of health, and finally, we should also pay attention to the interdisciplinary human resources training mode.
