Objective To sort out and analyze the construction system of medical confederations in China, understand the effectiveness and existing problems of the construction of intensive medical confederations, and provide scientific basis for the subsequent improvement of the construction of intensive medical confederations. Methods Taking Pukou Branch of Jiangsu People's Hospital as an example, the hospital was analyzed and compared from the aspects of hospital operation, talent team construction, scientific research and teaching and discipline development. Results All the indicators of the hospital were increased, the medical service level of the primary medical institutions was improved, and the public's trust and satisfaction degree to the primary medical institutions were gradually improved. Conclusion Based on the perspective of modern hospital management system, this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the connotation construction of intensive medical confederation system, information interconnection, homogenized management, and hospital district integration, which are of great significance to the construction of intensive medical confederation.
