In this study, teachers of pharmaceutical courses were interviewed, the evaluation index system of specialized facultys＇abilities of ideological and political education in pharmaceutical courses was constructed by grounded theory. Through open coding, association coding and core coding, the evaluation index system including five first-class indexes, fifteen second-class indexes and fifty-three third-class indexes was obtained. At the same time, on the basis of constructing the index system and in view of the problems existing in the course of promoting the ideological and political construction in the current pharmaceutical courses, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for improving specialized facultys abilities of ideological and political education in pharmaceutical courses.
