    摘要:

    本研究以药学类专业课教师为访谈对象,运用扎根理论研究方法,对药学类专业课教师课程思政能力评价指标体系进行质性构建。通过开放式编码、关联式编码与核心式编码得出了包含五个一级指标,十五个二级指标,五十三个三级指标在内的评价指标体系。同时在构建指标体系的基础上,针对当前药学类专业课推进课程思政建设过程中存在的问题,提出了提升药学类专业课教师课程思政能力的建议与对策。

    Abstract:

    In this study, teachers of pharmaceutical courses were interviewed, the evaluation index system of specialized facultys'abilities of ideological and political education in pharmaceutical courses was constructed by grounded theory. Through open coding, association coding and core coding, the evaluation index system including five first-class indexes, fifteen second-class indexes and fifty-three third-class indexes was obtained. At the same time, on the basis of constructing the index system and in view of the problems existing in the course of promoting the ideological and political construction in the current pharmaceutical courses, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for improving specialized facultys abilities of ideological and political education in pharmaceutical courses.
