Objective For further perfecting the resident doctor standardization training system,cultivating talents in the area and improving the quality of medical care to provide theoretical reference,it's necessary to investigate and analyze satisfaction factor of resident standardization training. Methods Totally 442 respondents extracted from the residents participated in the questionnaire survey.The results are summarized and analyzed by the chi-square test,logistic regression and other methods. Results The score of residents’ satisfaction is 3.88 and the result of the chi-square test had a significant difference(P＜0.05) with the education background, sleep perspective,the stresses of career，and the demanding for mental health education course. The main influence factor of satisfaction are sleep perspective,gender and marriage. Conclusion The study shows that the score of residents’ satisfaction is at the medium status.The remuneration is still the main problem for residents’ satisfaction.Improving residents’ satisfaction needs relieving career stress, focusing on the pressure and load of work and workload and enhancing the humanistic care and sense of belonging for the residents,paying attention to balance psychological problems,and perfecting the resident’ policies and management system .
