Abstract:【Abstract】Based on the third-party satisfaction survey activity for evaluating the comprehensive reform effect of public hospitals organized by the Jiangsu Medical Reform Office in 2020, this paper analyzes the satisfaction evaluation of the patients in 25 hospitals in Jiangsu Province on the comprehensive reform of public hospitals. Influencing factors in the evaluation of the comprehensive medical reform effect, the results found that patients are generally satisfied with the evaluation of the comprehensive reform effect of public hospitals, with an overall satisfaction rate of 96.3%. Medical insurance and price, medical service, graded diagnosis and treatment system, and medical environment four dimensions of satisfaction have an impact on overall satisfaction, F=463.211, P=0.000<0.05. Among them, the two dimensions of satisfaction with medical insurance, price, and medical services have the greatest impact on the overall satisfaction of patients, and the standardized regression coefficients are 0.406 and 0.298, respectively. At the same time, patient satisfaction in northern Jiangsu is relatively lowest in all regions of the province, with a score of 4.78. It is recommended to increase the comprehensive reform of public hospitals in terms of medical insurance, prices, and medical services, and at the same time improve the status quo of medical reform in northern Jiangsu, which will be conducive to the further deepening of comprehensive medical reform within Jiangsu Province and the overall improvement of patient satisfaction.
