    摘要:

    随着外科模拟医学教育从业人员职业理念的转变和基础科学技术的进步与创新,外科医学教育的方式日新月异。外科模拟教学师资的缺乏、师资考核和培养标准不明确、课程设计不够丰富等多个因素制约了我国外科模拟医学教育的健康全面发展,而导致这种状况的影响因素是多方面的。与此同时,为逐步增强当今医学生外科实践操作水平,在医学院校中切实推动外科教育模式的改革,改变如今以传授和掌握医学专业知识为主、注重理论知识、缺少将理论知识转化为临床实践机会的现状迫在眉睫。因此,本文针对现状,提出建设外科模拟教学师资队伍的重要性,通过对外科模拟教学师资队伍建设的现状进行深入系统地研究,结合实际情况提出完善师资队伍建设的意见和措施。

    Abstract:

    With the change of professional ideas of practitioners in surgical simulation medical education and the progress and innovation of basic science and technology, the ways of surgical medical education are changing with each passing day. in addition, the lack of surgical simulation teaching teachers, unclear teacher assessment and training standards, and insufficient curriculum design restrict the healthy and all-round development of surgical simulation medical education in China, and the influencing factors leading to this situation are multifaceted. At the same time, in order to gradually enhance the surgical practice level of today's medical students, effectively promote the reform of surgical education mode in medical colleges, and change the present condition that focuses on teaching and mastering medical professional knowledge, pays attention to theoretical knowledge and lacks the opportunity to transform theoretical knowledge into clinical practice. Therefore, in view of the current situation, this paper puts forward the importance of building a teaching staff of surgical simulation teaching,and then study the present condition of the building of teacher faculty of surgical simulation teaching deeply and systematically,and proposes some opinions and measures to improve and perfect the construction of teacher faculty in combination with the actual situation.
