Abstract:With the change of professional ideas of practitioners in surgical simulation medical education and the progress and innovation of basic science and technology, the ways of surgical medical education are changing with each passing day. in addition, the lack of surgical simulation teaching teachers, unclear teacher assessment and training standards, and insufficient curriculum design restrict the healthy and all-round development of surgical simulation medical education in China, and the influencing factors leading to this situation are multifaceted. At the same time, in order to gradually enhance the surgical practice level of today's medical students, effectively promote the reform of surgical education mode in medical colleges, and change the present condition that focuses on teaching and mastering medical professional knowledge, pays attention to theoretical knowledge and lacks the opportunity to transform theoretical knowledge into clinical practice. Therefore, in view of the current situation, this paper puts forward the importance of building a teaching staff of surgical simulation teaching,and then study the present condition of the building of teacher faculty of surgical simulation teaching deeply and systematically,and proposes some opinions and measures to improve and perfect the construction of teacher faculty in combination with the actual situation.
