Abstract:Abstract:In recent years, public health emergency incidents have occurred frequently, which not only caused serious harm to the lives and mental health of the people, but also had a huge impact on social and economic development. How to respond to a public health emergency cannot rely solely on the power of the government. Social participation is also essential. Therefore, it is extremely important for social organizations to participate in public health emergency response. By establishing the PEST-SWOT model, this study comprehensively analyzes the internal and external environments (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) of social organizations participating in public health emergency, and conducts a detailed analysis of the internal and external environments from the four aspects of politics, economy, society, and technology.To propose development strategies and policy recommendations for social organizations to better participate in public health emergency response, and to provide a reference for social organizations to carry out public health emergency response work in the new era.
