Abstract:Objective: to analyze the change and trend of income structure of public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, find out the main factors affecting the change of medical income structure, in order to promote public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals to optimize the medical income structure and provide scientific basis for the follow-up comprehensive reform of public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. Methods:the medical income data of all public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in a province from 2015 to 2019 were collected, and the income structure of outpatient and emergency income and inpatient income were analyzed by structural change method and grey relevancy method.Results:from 2015 to 2019, the change degree of outpatient income structure of traditional Chinese medicine hospital was 12.4%. Chinese patent medicine, diagnosis and examination were the main sources of outpatient income change;the change degree of inpatient income structure of traditional Chinese medicine hospital was 21.5%. Western medicine, health materials and laboratory were the main sources of inpatient income change.The top three with high relevancy with outpatient and emergency income of TCM hospitals are western medicine, Chinese herbal medicine and laboratory income, and the top three with high relevancy with hospitalization income are operation, bed and treatment income.Conclusion:the proportion of Western medicine income in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is high, and the proportion of Chinese herbal medicine income increases year by year; The increase of medical service income is slow, and the adjustment of medical service price in traditional Chinese medicine hospital lags behind; The income from health materials has caused more changes in the structure of hospitalization income. Suggestions: first, continue to implement the policy of centralized procurement of drugs and consumables; Second, improve the dynamic adjustment mechanism of TCM medical service price; Third, the hospital should strengthen economic management and give full play to the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
