Abstract:In order to analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of ideological and political work of clinical postgraduates,develop questionnaires to conduct a random survey of clinical medical postgraduates.Summary and descriptive statistical analysis of the information and data were conducted.The results showed that further improve the effect of ideological and political education, give full play to the role of party branches in ideological and political education, enhance postgraduates’ innovative ability in practice, and put emphasis on mental health education.It is recommonded to uphold the principle of fostering virtue through education, strengthen organizational management based on the construction of party branches and league branches,build academic exchange platforms through scientific research exchanges,and produce talents with all-round ability in areas such as morals, intelligence,physical fitness, work and aesthetics.
