To explore the development status and practical needs of prescription outflow under the background of Internet+, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on 89 physicians, 64 pharmacists and 136 ordinary residents in 7 community health service centers and two hospitals in Pukou District, Nanjing. To understand the views， understanding and acceptance of prescription outflow of physicians, pharmacists and ordinary residents of medical institutions in Pukou District of Nanjing on pharmacy services. The results show that at present, there are problems in Pukou District such as the shortage of pharmacists (pharmacists: 89.1%, physicians: 39.3%), the lack of guarantee of the quantity and quality of drugs (physicians: 71.9%, pharmacists: 45.3%), the difference in the concept of prescription outflow of pharmacists (?<0.05) and the difficulty of residents to change their traditional concepts（37.5%）. Based on the survey results, this paper puts forward suggestions such as giving full play to policy advantages to expand the supply of drugs, improve the construction of prescription outflow mechanism, enhance the enthusiasm of hospitals and personnel from top to bottom, expand the positive publicity of prescription outflow, and change traditional concepts from bottom to top, in order to help the development of prescription outflow services.
