The development of clinical medical engineering is facing new challenges due to the transformation of refined management mode and the new requirements of modern medical technology. Strengthening discipline construction is an important measure for hospitals to adapt to environmental changes and improve their comprehensive strength. In this paper, through the empirical research to discuss strengthening countermeasures for the construction of clinical medical engineering discipline, study with convenience sampling method in 10 ~ 12, 2021 to 75 in an-hui province level 2 and above management of public hospital medical engineering conditions, service work, teaching, scientific research three aspects to carry out the questionnaire, summarizes the present status of medical engineering discipline construction and major issues, corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward, that is, standardizing department management, paying attention to talent promotion, enhancing professional strength and assisting scientific research and teaching, in order to provide reference ideas for the multi-dimensional construction of clinical medical engineering discipline system and improve the construction and development of clinical medical engineering discipline.
