Abstract:In the post-epidemic era, when the research on the protection of rights and interests is becoming more extensive and in-depth, the issue of protecting the rights and interests of patients with new crown pneumonia has gradually surfaced. By analyzing the current situation of the protection of the rights and interests of COVID-19 patients in China, explaining the risk of the decline from the "physiologically weak" to the "socially weak", the connotation of the right to non-discrimination to be implemented and extended, and the narrowing of the limit of the subject of privacy infringement, etc., introduce the measures for the protection of the rights and interests of covid-19 patients outside the region, and propose to establish an anti-discrimination cultural atmosphere from three aspects, such as the right to treatment, the right not to be discriminated against, and the right to privacy; give play to the role of employment arbitration institutions, and build an employment risk assessment system The proposal to implement multiple protection measures and expand the scope of punishment for infringement of privacy rights provides a reference for the protection of the rights and interests of COVID-19 patients in China.
