Hospital accreditation,evaluation and certification is an important tool for the very effective scientific hospital management and quality assurance。This paper preliminarily summarizes the achievements of hospital accreditation,evaluation in China, especially points out six outstanding problems,summarized the international advanced countries and regions in this respect can be worth learning from 10 aspects of practice experience,On how to establish the hospital accreditation, hospital evaluation and hospital certification system with Chinese characteristics, the paper put forward the principles that must adhere to, reconstruct the organizational system, clarify various organizational responsibilities, reform and improve the accreditation,evaluation and certification mode.
