    摘要:

    生事业管理拔尖创新人才培养是公共管理学科建设过程的核心主题之一,在新文科建设视阈下合理界定卫生事业管理拔尖创新人才概念内涵和构成要素、厘清拔尖人才培养与新文科建设间关系,对有效促进卫生事业管理拔尖创新人才培养,丰富卫生事业管理专业的学术、学科和话语体系具有重要意义。本文从“新文科”建设内涵出发,聚焦卫生事业管理拔尖创新人才培养体系建设,对拔尖创新人才特征进行了总结,提出要着重突出管理实践、决策咨询、科学研究、教学等能力的差异化培养,并结合实际工作提出了创新卫生事业管理学科建构逻辑、优化六位一体培养方案、重塑培养机制、构建多方协同育人保障机制的人才培养实践逻辑,以期为我校相关教学改革工作提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in health management is one of the core themes in the process of public management discipline construction. From the perspective of new liberal arts construction, reasonably defining the concept connotation and constituent elements of top-notch innovative talents in health management, and clarifying the relationship between top-notch talents cultivation and new liberal arts construction are of great significance. It could help effectively promote the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in health management and enrich development of academic discipline and discourse system. From the connotation of "new liberal arts", this paper focuses on the construction of the training system for top-notch innovative talents in health management, summarizes the characteristics of top-notch innovative talents. We put forward that future work should focus on the differentiated training of management practice, decision-making consultation, scientific research, teaching and other abilities. In combination with practical work, we also proposed that puts forward the construction logic of innovative health care management discipline, optimize the six in one training scheme, reshape the training mechanism so that to inform the relevant teaching reform in our university.
