“新医科”背景下创新创业教育提升医学生创造力的路径探析

    摘要:

    文章聚焦“新医科”背景下医学生创造力提升问题,探究创新创业教育提升医学生创造力的路径。基于1164在校本科生调查问卷数据,采用多元线性回归分析,发现理论性和实践性创新创业教育对于提升医学生创造力具有显著促进作用,且理论性创新创业教育更为重要。此外,创业激情的三个维度,即发明激情、创建激情和发展激情在两者之间发挥了重要的中介作用,且理论性创新创业教育通过激发医学生的发明激情进而提升创造力的路径效果最优。

    Abstract:

    The paper focuses on the topic of how to enhance medical students' creativity under the background of new medical science, and explores the promotion paths of medical students' creativity through innovation and entrepreneurship education.??Based on the questionnaire data of 1164 undergraduate students, the paper used multiple linear regression analysis and found that theoretical and practical innovation and entrepreneurship education has a significant role in promoting medical students’ creativity, and theoretical education seems to be more important.?In addition, three dimensions of entrepreneurial passion, namely inventing, founding, and developing passion plays an important mediating role, and theoretical innovation and entrepreneurship education has the best effect by stimulating the inventing passion of medical students and then enhancing their creativity.
