Abstract:Official crimes that hinder epidemic prevention and control occur frequently during the comprehensive epidemic prevention and control work in the society, which not only seriously hinders the state management activities, but also infringes the public interests and the lives, health and safety of others. From the perspective of criminology, it can be concluded that the causes of the epidemic-related crimes of obstructing official duties can be attributed to the individual internal cause and social external cause of the criminal subject. We should start from four aspects: cultivating public responsibility, publicizing legal and medical knowledge, improving social security and standardizing law enforcement services, and build a "internal and external integration" system of crime prevention and governance, so as to reduce the incidence rate and conversion rate of cases obstructing official duties and ensure the orderly development of epidemic prevention and control.
