    摘要:

    本科生参与科研,可以充分发挥教育在创新型人才培养中的重要作用。本科生参与科研、完成科研任务过程中常有动力不足的情况下,本研究基于扎根理论的研究方法,通过对某高校本科生创新能力训练中心完成科研任务、取得一定创新性成果的本科生开展深度访谈,获取研究资料并经过概念和范畴提炼,构建本科生参与科研的动力因素框架。研究表明本科生参与科研受到科研参与能力、科研参与需要、科研参与情境3个主范畴及其对应10个子范畴的影响。模型为研究如何激发本科生参与科研创新提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Undergraduate participation in scientific research can give well play to the important role of education in the cultivation of innovative talents. In undergraduate students to participate in scientific research, scientific research task under the condition of power is insufficient, this research based on grounded theory research methods, based on a university undergraduate innovation training center of scientific research task, made some innovative achievements of undergraduates to carry out in-depth interviews, access to research data and through the concept and category of refining, undergraduate students to participate in the research of dynamic factors framework. The results show that undergraduates" participation in scientific research is influenced by three main categories, including participation ability, participation need and participation situation, and their corresponding 10 sub-categories. The model provides a theoretical basis for how to stimulate undergraduates to participate in scientific research innovation.
