    摘要:

    为了解安徽省医务人员对公立医院公共卫生服务的认知现状、提升医务人员公共卫生认知水平、提高公立医院公共卫生管理与服务水平,文章采用方便抽样方法对安徽省30家三级公立医院共810名医务人员开展关于医院公共卫生服务内容认知情况、参与公共卫生培训情况及整体评价情况的问卷调查。在分析医务人员对公立医院公共卫生服务认知现状的基础上,笔者根据存在问题提出针对性改善建议,即明确公立医院功能定位、增强人员公共卫生意识;科学规划公共卫生职能、注重专业人才队伍建设;加强医务人员公共卫生培训、提升公卫素养与服务能力;完善公卫服务绩效考核机制、提高医务人员工作积极性。

    Abstract:

    In order to understand the current situation of medical personnel's awareness of public health services in public hospitals, to improve the level of medical personnel's awareness of public health, and to improve the level of public health management and services in public hospitals, the article used a convenience sampling method to conduct a survey of a total of 810 medical personnel in 30 tertiary public hospitals in Anhui Province on their awareness of the content of public health services in hospitals, their participation in public health training, and their overall evaluation. The questionnaire survey was conducted. Based on the analysis of the current situation of medical staff's perception of public health services in public hospitals, the author proposed targeted improvement suggestions based on the existing problems, namely, to clarify the functional positioning of public hospitals and enhance the awareness of public health among staff; to scientifically plan public health functions and focus on the construction of professional personnel; to strengthen medical staff's public health training and improve public health literacy and service capacity; to improve the performance assessment mechanism of public health services and enhance the motivation of medical staff. improve the performance assessment mechanism of public health services and increase the motivation of medical personnel.
