    摘要:

    为分析医疗集团成员单位廉洁文化建设现状及发展需求,本文对7家成员单位的廉政教育、廉政制度、廉政监督、廉洁文化建设效果、廉洁文化建设需求开展问卷调查,并采用模糊评价法对廉洁文化联盟建设现状进行评价。结果显示,7家集团成员单位在廉洁文化建设现状模糊综合评价得分处于较高水平,但联盟中不同成员单位之间廉洁文化建设质量存在一定差异。廉洁文化建设任重道远,应基于各单位发展需求差异,促进集团成员单位廉洁文化建设标准化与特色化齐头并进。

    Abstract:

    To analyze the current situation and needs of the integrity culture construction of medical group member units, this research conducts a questionnaire survey on the incorruptible education, incorruptible system, incorruptible supervision, incorruptible culture construction effect and incorruptible culture construction needs of seven member units. We build a fuzzy evaluation model to evaluate the incorruptible culture construction of the medical group. The results show that the seven group members all achieve high scores on the incorruptible culture construction, but there are also differences in details. The construction of incorruptible culture has a long way to go. Based on the different needs from each group member, we should simultaneously promote the standardization and differentiation of incorruptible culture construction in the medical group .
