Through the capacity evaluation of private hospitals in China's provinces in 2019, to promote the formation of a diversified medical pattern of investment methods and investment entities. The TOPSIS method and RSR method were used to comprehensively evaluate the capacity of private hospitals in 31 provinces in China. The range of evaluation result values of TOPSIS method was 0.036-0.950, ranking 1st was Jiangsu Province, ranking 31st was Qinghai Province, and the gap between provinces was large; RSR method disaggregation showed that the regression equation constructed with Probit values as the independent variable and the values as the dependent variable was =0.2266Probit0.8318 (F=613.9519, P0.01,R2=0.9549) .Jiangsu Province, Henan Province, Sichuan Province, Shandong Province, Guangdong Province belongs to the first gear in the evaluation of medical service capacity of private hospitals. The medical service capacity of private hospitals in various provinces in China varies greatly, and the difference in the allocation of private medical resources between regions should be narrowed, social medical treatment should be encouraged, and the quality of medical services of private hospitals should be improved, the construction of talent teams in private hospitals should be strengthened.
