Abstract:It is necessary to deepen the reform of medical and health system to establish the public hospital salary system which adapts to the characteristics of medical industry, and implementing the annual salary system of the president is an important part of the reform of the salary system of public hospitals. By means of literature research and comparative research, this paper combed through relevant policy documents of the annual salary system for presidents of Chinese public hospitals, compared and analyzed the main practices and working characteristics of the annual salary system for presidents of public hospitals in typical areas of China in terms of implementation object, annual salary composition, funding source, annual salary level, verification mode and annual salary payment, and summarized the practical experience of the annual salary system for presidents in different regions. Then, experience and reference are provided for the reform of the compensation system of public hospital directors in other regions.
