Abstract:Abstract: The utilization of basic public health services for the migrant population in Jiangsu Province and its influencing factors were analyzed. Using the dynamic monitoring data of migrant population in Jiangsu Province in CMDS2018, univariate analysis and dichotomous logistic regression were used for statistical analysis. Among the surveyed 7161 migrants who had migrated into Jiangsu Province and lived for more than 6 months, the prevalence rate of 2 weeks was 2.47%, the rate of health record establishment was 20.42%, and the proportion of those who received at least one health education was 72.18%. The factors influencing the establishment of health records by floating populations include: gender, age, education level, marital status, average monthly family income, health status, willingness to stay, type of medical insurance enrollment, and whether to contract a family doctor. The factors influencing the migrant population's access to health education include age, education level, marital status, employment status, health status, type of medical insurance enrollment, and whether family doctors are contracted. Jiangsu Province has uneven utilization of basic public health services for the migrant population with different characteristics, and it is necessary to focus on the migrant population with low education level, old age, uninsured or unemployed or part-time workers in their place of residence or other areas, and provide targeted basic public health services.
