Abstract:Integrity culture education is an inherent responsibility of cultural nurturing in higher education institutions, and it is also an important means to enhance the professional ethics of medical students. Strengthening integrity culture education for medical students is beneficial for cultivating a collective sense of professional ethics, promoting the social respect for medical professionals, and establishing a national anti-corruption system. To address the challenges of role ambiguity and biased concepts in integrity culture education of the subject dilemma, spiritual confusion and value deviation of the object dilemma, monotonous content and rigid methods of the medium dilemma, as well as the separation of mechanisms and weak environmental factors of the context dilemma encountered in the education of medical students, efforts should be made to strengthen organizational and ideological development, and to build a strong team for integrity culture education. This includes strengthening education on ideals and beliefs, reinforcing theoretical grounding to establish a solid foundation of integrity and ethical thinking, optimizing curriculum content, innovating teaching methods to improve the practical effectiveness of integrity culture education, and constructing educational mechanisms, creating an educational atmosphere, and optimizing the culture of integrity and public service to further enhance the effectiveness of integrity culture education among medical students.
