Abstract:This study aimed to explore the clinical significance of the chronic disease management platform for oral potential malignant diseases based on the "Internet plus" model. According to different management models, patients were divided into two groups (observation group and control group), with 35 cases in each group. It was found that the improvement in REU scores in the observation group after 1 year was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Continuous follow-up of 25 patients with a history of oral potential malignant diseases for more than 5 years found that after using the platform for 2 years, the number of offline visits for patients significantly decreased (P<0.001). The questionnaire survey results showed that 91.6% of patients believed that the platform was practical for disease management. The effect mainly included doctor-patient communication (66.4%), follow-up visits (39.3%), and cognitive diseases (32.7%). The construction of the "Internet plus" chronic disease management platform in oral potential malignant diseases had realized the refined and personalized management from the perspective of patients' active health, and contributed to the sustainable prevention and control of oral potential malignant diseases.
